By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by MATRX Collective LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site provides information about MATRX Collective's consulting and fractional leadership services. Any engagement of our services — including fractional executive placements, strategy calls, recruiting, or educational programs — is governed by a separate written agreement between you and MATRX Collective. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of services.
Discovery calls and strategy calls booked through the Site are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party. Payment for the Expert Strategy Call ($499) is processed through our third-party scheduling and payment provider. Refund terms are provided at the time of booking.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MATRX COLLECTIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATRX COLLECTIVE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Orange County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
